Psychiatry or psychology?

A psychiatry is a graduate\professional (That fact in itself doesn’t validate it!) degree that requires a MD - medical degree first. A psychology degree you can get at the undergraduate - batchelor degree level. Nowadays they’re handed out like Snickers’ bars on Halloween. Very little intellectual rigor & because it’s such a no work degree the most popular on the modern campus.

HR personnel with psychology BSs doesn’t suprise me.

Right. Psychology.

“they’re handed out like Snickers’ bars on Halloween.”

As a matter of fact, my last boss, got her degree from Univertity Of Phoenix. Seriously. Director of Human Resources.
