The Marx madness that took Russia and much of world into Soviet style communist tyranny now has a good grip on US.
And it will do the same things here as it has done everywhere it goes.
Russia is in recovery.
The USA and the rest of the west are in denial.
If not for President Trump and all he brought with him, we would be sliding into a Clinton version of Venezuela II.

You are kidding, right? I am only pointing at the fact that there are no human excrements and no drunken and stoned people in the streets nowadays unlike of that in SF.
There was a time when Russian cities were looking similarly to what you are seeing now though. There were windows shattered, pay phones and traffic lights disassembled for copper and buildings covered in graffiti, drunks at the corners and cop cars burning. That was probably in between 1993-1996 but not now.
