Rules like this piss me off because they punish the majority of good kids whose disposable income the mall stores covet. It used to be that teens kept the malls in business!
Instead, to deal with problems caused by thugs, they have to make blanket rules that penalize everyone because we're not allowed to directly address the troublemakers and call them out specifically.
I agree completely. I have become very fed up with the penalizing of good kids, or adults for that matter, in order to deal with the bottom feeders. And ironically, it’s rarely successful.
I was such an unenlightened 15 year old. We used to go to the mall to have an Orange Julius and ogle the babes.
