A 2015 WSJ report includes a chart of “foreign donors” to the Clinton Foundation showing “Ukraine” as a top donor

Its an old article that's not accurate anymore.

"Canadian mining entrepreneur and film-producer Frank Giustra(previous owner of Uranium One) has contributed more than $100m to the foundation's various enterprises and is on its board of directors"

Did the Nationale Postcode Loterij (based in the Netherlands), the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (based in London), and Unitaid (headquartered in Switzerland) get billions in US foreign aid?
