listeria on a boiled egg, I was trying to figure out how this happens especially in a factory operation and I just can’t without suspecting that somehow the packaging was contaminated with it.

Because I have trained employees in a factory that handled food products, I’d like to see the workforce. Are they from other countries (mideast or south of border) where cleanliness not taught? or lazy low paid temporaries? or did quality control forget to check machinery?

we tried some we bought from Costco one time ... they were packages that had like two dozen eggs i think ... they never tasted quite right to me and were quite hard and rubbery ...
oh, well ... i went back to taking the few extra minutes to hard boil and peel my own eggs, which taste WAY better ...
