Adm. Rogers is the one that stopped the illegal abuse of the NSA monitoring systems. Brennan and Clapper then discussed firing him as it forced the FBI to approach the FISA court where they made mistakes and left a trail they are currently in the process of being held accountable for.
The FBI could have gone to phone companies and tech companies to get phone data, email and text data but that requires a court order from a public court whereas the FISA court is a secret court and its records are sealed.
So Adm. Rogers put a hurt on their ability to spy domestically by using NSA and they hate him for that.
NSA is only allowed to monitor foreign entities when authorized by a FISA court. If that foreign entity enters the US, the FBI takes jurisdiction.
When Comey had to go to the FISA court, it was to allow his FBI to turn on or retrieve foreign data. But I understand Comey couldn’t directly spy on a citizen inside the US using the FISA court so he had to arrange FVEYS (Five Eyes = US, UK, CA, Australia, NZ) to spy on targets in the US. If Comey had wanted to spy domestically, he would need a domestic court order and I think that would have left a paper trail so he instead went the FISA route but had to work with Brennan to get FVEYS to be in on it.
All of their scrambling around was due to Adm. Rogers principled patriotism. But why would Brennan, Comey, Clapper go to such extraordinary lengths to look for dirt on Trump? I think it’s Obama, Hillary planning to take down Trump that ragged on Brennan and Comey to get the operation off the ground. MAKE IT HAPPEN! NO EXCUSES!
Gen. Flynn was also involved in related matters dealing with cyber-security. Both Gen. Flynn and Adm. Rogers knew each other and worked together. Adm. Rogers admired and respected Gen. Flynn as a mentor. The Obama-Hillary cabal entrapped Gen. Flynn and were planning a hit on Adm. Rogers. But Adm. Rogers went to Trump Tower and made history.
We are going to be getting the precise details of how the system was subverted. We know Durham has Brennan in the crosshairs. We can be assured Brennan is not the only one in his crosshairs.
