Title says it all. pelosi just impeached the best prez in the history of the nation and one of the 2 charges was obstruction of congress. Isnt she guilty of obstruction of congress blatantly by refusing to send the articles over to the Senate for the next phase of the action?
And if she does ultimately send them, do the senators running to replace Trump get to vote on removing him?

What is the remedy? She is the majority leader of the House so that pretty much assures the House won’t dole out any punishment; i.e. Censure - Removal.
