My sister’s family is $2400/month for them and 3 boys. Thats with a $6K deductible.

He’s thinking about moving to Honolulu which is just as liberal, but costs less than the Sidewalk Poop capital.
He won’t “openly” admit that living in a liberal “utopia” is not all it is cracked up to be, because he wants to move to a different liberal “utopia” if he doesn’t reach his goals by 2022.
At the same time, he won’t openly admit that the heartland of the US has better financial stability (lower cost for real estate, better job markets).
The child issue is just another sign of his liberal mindset.
I’m sure he’s already taxed up the wazoo in San Franfreak show. We all have to make choices with the associated consequences. What’s a far worse other scenario is being broke, willfully stupid and voting DemoRat.

San Fransicko has lots of free public housing tenements and rent/ buy subsidy programs. Let him stop crying about his poverty and get in line for the “freebie” handouts that his state is so famous for.
Further, if you live in one of the many sanctuary cities in America, you are also a loser since Trump has decided to aggressively go after illegal immigration. It is a sad state of affairs to break apart families, but it is a reality we must face.
On the margin, sanctuary cities will be less attractive because they will lose their lower wage workforce that helps drive their economies forward. And since Americans are unwilling to fill low age jobs, overall services and quality of life in sanctuary cities may suffer.
If President Trump takes some or all of that $1 billion funding away from San Francisco, all San Francisco residents will lose because we’ll all be forced to pay higher taxes to help fund our inefficient city government and its underfunded pension system.

Our new insurance premium(me and my wife age 58) with a $8000 deductible EACH is $21,900 per year.
Not all of us have cushy gov’t jobs with incredible benefits.
