“If said employee wants to be static, uninterested in recent developments, and expecting advancement without effort”

You mean like Joe Biden?

Yep as long as hunter is making that $80K a month screw the jobs of normal Americans. Biden could not give one royal shit about true hard working Americans and their jobs.

We have an opportunity to put 550,000 charging stations so that we own the electrical vehicle market, creating millions of jobs for people installing them

This is just breathless in its stupidity. We have perfectly good “recharging stations” today that have all been largely paid for. They are called “gas stations.” Biden is proposing to throw away these perfectly good assets before the end of their lifetime and replace them with new charging stations (that don’t work very well).

This is the same tired old “broken glass fallacy” that the Dems trot out many times every year. This doesn’t make the U.S. any more wealthy or prosperous unlike new jobs created by private enterprise in competitive markets.

He’s just updating the old, stale, unworkable, and failed Democrat energy policy uttered by his last boss in 2008...
“If somebody wants to build a coal-fired power plant, they can. It’s just that it will bankrupt them, Under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

But Biden — the front-runner in national polling in the Democratic nomination race — emphasized that “the opportunity for those workers to transition to high-paying jobs … is real.”

May this declaration come back to haunt Quid Pro Quo Joe like Crooked Hillary’s vow to put coal miners out of work.

Biden echoes Obummer’s cavalier attitude about not being able or willing to bring back manufacturing jobs.

Al Gore demonstrated how stupid this was when he lost his home state of Tennessee in the 2000 election; the coal workers didn’t know how to code so they voted to keep their jobs instead.

“We shouldn’t build another new highway in America that doesn’t have charging stations on it. We have an opportunity to put 550,000 charging stations so that we own the electrical vehicle market, creating millions of jobs for people installing them, as well making sure that we own electric vehicle market,” Biden explained. …

Okay, I'm no longer buying this is a result of dementia. Ol' Plugs is every bit as red as Crazy Bernie.

Much of the Dem base is only interested in getting someone with a “D” after their name into the White House; as the Kenyan Pirate showed, the person could be a useless dimwit token - they would just be a rubber stamp for the agenda determined by the big donors/elites that actually control the party. Otoken campaigned as someone who would help raise up blacks while opposing gay marriage; when his 8 years were up we had “gay marriage” and black America descending further into misery (to the point where “Black Lies Matter” formed during his tenure). For a brief time after his election in 2008, Obama was still delusional enough to believe his views carried any weight; he then very quickly toed the line set by his masters.

Hillary was already in poor health when she ran in 2016; it really didn’t matter, because if she couldn’t finish the term Lib B (Kane) would have been exactly the same as Lib A if she was incapacitated.

Wonder what Biden is thinking about in wanting that many charging stations along the highways without the power to supply them. Does he think “renewable energy” which can’t even supply current needs is going to provide enough for all these charging stations too?
