How much does any parent know about the person who drives the kids to school?
I was homeschooled. Even now my parents would have a problem with it if I were driven across town by a government-issue driver.

If the LEO stops a school bus for a formal incident where as reports and court upheld documents are generated of the incident, how can they not know exactly how many kids are on the bus?
