Article I, Section 2, Clause 5 provides:
The House of Representatives ... shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
So, if it goes that far and we take back the house, and the trial hasn’t happened, can articles be recalled?

While I was driving back from having my car inspected, a guy called into Rush with this very question...Rush didn’t know, he did say, however, that in his opinion they would want Pence because he’s soft...but if they didn’t want him, and they impeached him then Miss. Nan would go into that office until regular elections, in HIS opinion...
Good question and I would really like to know for sure, I do know that Cabbage Fart won’t ever see the Oval Office again...
