House went home for winter break, that means they aren’t in session. It is now legal to arrest them for crimes they committed. Schiff & the gang are only protected while Congress is in session!

Article I.

Section. 6.

Clause 1: The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. (See Note 6) They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

Don’t get too excited. The last time I heard the AG speak he stated very plainly things would be done slowly with every t crossed and every i dotted. To me this means justice so complete and hard that this never happens again. So maybe the DS is now enjoying their final Christmas with any shred of peace?

Both the House and Senate will start holding pro forma sessions Monday. Congress is still in session.
They can still be arrested for treason, felony and breach of peace.

I wonder what breach of peace means under the constitution?
