The perennial complaint I hear of my vids. They sort of run at the speed of my heartbeat I always imagine. What I’ve seen recommended is to use the gear wheel to slow down the video, or pause it. Personally, my preference is just to play it over and over again until you know what’s coming and have it memorized. That’s what I do.
