That means the WINE CAVE was outed on the news for a reason

It may not be nefarious, most of the big wineries in Napa/Sonoma have wine caves for storage, I have been in one.

wine caves..... Not only do the wineries have them, but so do restaurants and people who like wine. Not all are rich and diddle kiddies, some people just like to store wine in caves.
