A government official ( the prosecutor) violating the civil rights of this individual exercising his constitutional right to speak freely. It is absolutely necessary to individually sue this prosecutor in Federal court for violating this student’s civil rights and seek substantial damages. Nazis could not hide behind their vile laws, neither should Democrats be shielded. They must be held accountable.
