Go to the USSC on emergency writ of mandamus, specifically referncing;

Sixth Amendment. The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.

Indicting PDJT without sending the indictment to the senate, (court), as leverage to force the court to accept “YOUR” rules of court will not fly at the USSC.

This is not a criminal trial. Not sure the same rules would apply. IMO, the impeachment will expire with the term of the house that passed it.
