Yeah that to remove from office, but he has been impeached, but the House must send the articles of impeachment to the Senate for that impeachment (indictment) to become official. If they fail to send over the articles of impeachment then it is as if the impeachment never occurred. At least according to their own constitutional scholar they had a witness, whose name I can’t remember. Once they send over the articles of impeachment President Trump is then officially impeached, regardless of the outcome in the Senate. That makes sense, when explained in that fashion. 8>)
It makes the Left go apoplectic, so it’s all good.
Naw, it’s not enough yet.
Trump has been impeached regardless of what the fools maintain saying otherwise. Impeachment is not removal from office and sooner or later the Senate will have a trial and will acquit Trump probably after a one day session without further witnesses. Anyone saying he hasn’t been impeached or that removal itself is impeachment is incorrect and by this proved to be a dim wit of the first order.
You never answered the question of what was incorrect in the definition posted and it is because you couldn’t. It was essentially the same as a dozen other correct definitions I could have posted.
This isn’t rocket science or brain surgery and the Constitution is clear on what impeachment and removal from office requires.
It's not over until it's over!
