Partner, it was colder than hell for the 101st Airborne around the Bastogne area. The 101st Airborne held out against the Germans and it was over for the Germans.
A lot of families here in the states will never ever forget their loved ones who never came back.

Yep. When the walking wounded fallout and draw ammo. Its Alamo time. Its a good thing Pattons men were hard as hell and the weather lightened up. Malmedy, Bastogne, Ardennes, all names that deserve a listen. At the same time, we had troops fighting in the Pacific. It requires remembering. IMO.
