Why would they do that? Hallmark always featured wholesome, mostly moral characters in normal relationships. What letter people would be watching that in the first place? My guess is it is not so much to sell anything to them, but rather an attempt to “normalize” queer. Notice they start with a couple of semi attractive lesbians. They will move on to two males kissing. Soon there will be queers as main characters “hoping to find love” like normal people. May as well stop watching now. And I was so looking forward to the next season of Aurora Teagarden Mysteries.
