It’s not just dairy farmers. We operate a gourmet mushroom farm. US markets are being flooded with Chinese mushrooms. The sad part is, on top of allowing the market to be flooded, the FDA is allowing Chinese mushrooms to be labeled “organic” without the same certification I have to achieve to do the same. Can you imagine anything coming from China being “organic”? Ask at your favorite restaurant and I bet you’ll find out they’re using Chinese mushrooms. The FDA and USDA do virtually nothing to protect American farmers. Try dealing with them. Bureaucracy on steroids.
