That's not exactly the way I heard it.
I heard him say that there are more RATs with seats at risk than the 31 whose districts voted for Trump. He said the larger number is up to 55.
However, McCarthy has often speculated there might be a lot more defections from the RATs than have been announced.
Dingle is looking wobbly for the RATs too. Michigan is now anti-impeachment as a whole.
Gaetz came on after McCarthy and also commented on RATs jumping ship.
My REP is on the list - a dyed in the wool DEMOCRAT - and is not committing on the impeachment vote. She has a formidable contender in 2020.
