After the past few weeks follies by the House, it might be time to get an amendment passed to protect the Executive branch from bogus activities and hold those who perpetuate them accountable for their actions.

The problem with a constitutional convention is that it cannot be limited to any one specific issue. We need to secure both houses before it should be undertaken.
Yes we need the President to weigh in. Congressional idiocy provides him the perfect opprutunity.
