It won’t be long before woman will have to have permission from Planned Parenthood to give birth or the baby will be aborted. When does a baby become an American citizen and have the rights of a citizen? The governor of Va. thinks babies may be killed after birth with the mother’s permission. How can an illegal alien mother come across the southern border, drop a baby into a basket and run to the sheriff’s office and demand citizenship for the baby?
