Don’t you pull that crap to me. I have lived in NYC for nearly 40 years and I know how to conduct myself in the streets of that city. Intelligent women don’t go to the parks after dark. Nor do smart tourists, men or women. Anyone who doesn’t know that after darkness falls the ferals take over is an idiot.
I lived two blocks from where the Central Park jogger was taken down. I still don’t understand what the hell that young lady was doing in the park at that hour.
I like the location of the upper westside, but hate the projects. We've recently been staying in Madison sq park zone the past few trips. No projects and major re-development every single block (maybe even bldg).
