Police are seeking a 21-year-old fugitive in the killing of a Houston-area police officer, the second death of an area officer in three days.

According to Houstons KHOU-TV, authorities believe he is possibly en route to Louisiana in a red Buick with tinted windows - save for the rear window, which is missing.
The incident took place about 8:20 p.m. Tuesday in far southeast Houston, where Nassau Bay police Sgt. Kaila Sullivan had been helping another officer conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle that Henderson was driving.

Reason I ask is that the alert included a link to a website, whereas all other alerts (Amber, weather service) did not have a website included.

On Thursday afternoon, the Harris County sheriffs office reported that Tavores DeWayne Henderson had been arrested without incident at a home in south Houston.
He had been wanted in connection with an incident that took place about 8:20 p.m. Tuesday in far southeast Houston, where Nassau Bay police Sgt. Kaila Sullivan had been helping another officer conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle that Henderson was driving.
I apologize for assuming that a Nationwide man hunt for a cop killer . Following the issuance of a Blue Alert every cell phone in the entire State of Texas asking people to help locate the perp was more than local news. - that being said the perp has been located and is in custody as a result of the manhunt that lasted over 24 hours.
