There’s a setting in iPhones to only let calls through that are in your contact list. That’s how I deal with it.

This one of the very few systems that works. Android has a similar system. Within Settings, select Do Not Disturb. Under Exceptions, allow calls from your contacts list. Anything else goes to voice mail.

I used to get 4 to 6 calls per day. Now, I don’t get any.
Just keep your contacts list updated.

As a licensed real estate broker I sometimes get calls from folks who have seen my name and number on one of my signs, or from people referred to me by past clients. So I do pick the calls up, I just don't speak right away, eliminating the robocalls.
