Reporter Alex Bozarjian said she was in "disbelief" when a man, who was running in the Savannah race she was covering on Saturday, moved behind her and appeared to slap her on the butt.
"He took my power, and I'm trying to take that back," Bozarjian said Tuesday on "CBS This Morning," adding, "I think what it really comes down to is that he helped himself to a part of my body."
Bozarjian filed a police report Monday, and the man, Tommy Callaway, was banned from future Savannah Sports Council races.
Callaway's lawyer said: "While we regret the situation, Mr. Callaway did not act with any criminal intentions. Tommy is a loving husband and father who is very active in his community."
Bozarjian said Callaway made contact with Savannah station WSAV-TV and said his intentions were not to hurt her.

Another snow flake.
What apathetically fragile Little Snowflake she is!

Given what we know about the Matt Lauer and Roger Ailes types (and many others) who run television news stations and networks, guess whose broadcast journalism career just came to an end. You know all the men with power are going to see to it that she is never hired at their stations.
Maybe men ought to routinely slap these wymyn on their butts to take away their power. End the malignant auntocracy!
Alas, there seem to be no online pics of this humorless female’s Butt Of Power.
But plenty of her doing Outraged Face.
Like W.C. Fields, he was only trying to guess her weight.
Yep. The fairest, most sheltered, delicate, sensitive, innocent, unworldly Victorian maiden had more moxy.
Well, you ARE a 'journalist'...
Her butt was her power?
Honestly this is subjective to me. Walk up to me in an empty hall and slap my butt, you being a stranger - yeah that is assault.
On camera in full view of all in a foot race - no, thats a sporty slap by a probably foolish runner.
Yeah it seems kind of arbitrary but thats how I see it as a female FReeper
Oh the horror! When I first started working for my company back in 1972, it was in the mail room. I will never forget the humiliation I felt on a daily basis when elderly ladies in the accounting department or office secretaries throughout the plant would say things like thank you honey or sweetie when I dropped off their mail. To them I was nothing but a sex object........Every day they stripped me of my power. :(
You have no power to take away, sweetie. (That point made, he shouldn’t have insulted you like that.)
Nobody can take your power away, you can only give it to him. Chicks sure are delicate. Geez.
Jealous.......
My advice to fellow FReepers. If you are feeling good, do not watch the video for this little puke will upset your stomach. On the other hand if you have the flu, hangover or other stomach ailments and really need to throw up, then watch this little snowflake snot in the video. She’s just sickening.
Oh STFU you whiny beyotch. You’re nothing but a victim of your own self-pity.
No one can take your power, you pathetic fool.
I am not even sure that would qualify as a power draining, assault on all wimmin slap. It was more of a “Hail fellow, well met” light tap on the gluteus.
The runner was WAY out of line, even though he likely meant the butt-apt as a joke, but if that’s all is required to “Take my power” in your case, you really didn’t have ANY to begin with.
Strength comes from within, and for you to allow this incident to affect you so deeply shows how shallow your strengths really are.
