With dozens of cameras pointing at her across a room full of reporters, celebrity teen environmentalist Greta Thunberg had an unexpected message: Look the other way.
“Our stories have been told over and over again,” the 16-year-old Swede said, explaining why she and prominent German activist Luisa Neubauer would be handing over the stage at the U.N. climate meeting in Madrid to other young activists.
“It’s really about them,” Thunberg added of the young activists from developing countries already facing the effects of climate change, including violent storms, droughts and rising sea levels. “We talk about our future, they talk about their present.”
Thunberg has become the face of the youth climate movement, drawing large crowds with her appearances at protests and conferences over the past year and a half.

She needs to change her focus ... toward the countries that are the worst polluters like China and India.
What happened?
Does she not like being a celebrity?
Does she not like being fawned over by the MSM and liberals?
Does she just want to go back to school and try to be a normal kid again?
Is the money which has funded her world tour running out, not to be renewed?
Have some in the global warming movement, decided that she is actually counter productive with her screeching and hectoring?
What’s really going on here?
Last week....German teenage girl (14 years old) was interviewed. She’s been part of the Greta ‘campaign’ since late 2018, and does spokesperson activities in her local area.
So the school came and laid out the grade situation from spring of 2019 to now. She was a all ‘one’ grade student (meaning straight A’s) up until the fall of 2018. Since spring of 2019...she’s now resting at a ‘four’ level on grades...meaning mostly a D-average student. At the rate things are going, unless she corrects her situation in the spring of 2020....she will be given the choice of lesser schools, and her path to college or university is pretty much finished off.
No one says much about how the parents feel, but I’m guessing they are extremely angry, and wondering what kind of path is left to a loser 18-year old kid? Professional protester?
She says “Don’t focus on me” and ABC “news” calls her a “celebrity teen environmentalist” as dozens of cameras focus on her.
She does come from a very wealthy family. She will have options.
It’s an abusive situation involving a mentally disabled person that is being used by a fanatical and dangerous religious cult funded by very dangerous evil people out to exploit the wealth of the worlds most prosperous nations.

Ummm, I think Soros is funding this who fiasco. He’s smart enough to know a young ardent face will pull in more fools and a ugly old man. So maybe we need to write Soros and tell him China is the problem.
Then again, he already knows China’s the problem but he’s trying to destabilize Western markets - not Chinese markets.
Maybe the Soros-like financers and minders figure they have gotten all they’re going to get directly from Greta’s influence.
Trump mostly ignores her, and some of the English are starting to be openly critical of the little Ice Princess. Piers Morgan is one. TV host Jeremy Clarkson says she should ‘shut up and go back to school!’. And he is not walking it back. Maybe it’s time to ‘change lightbulbs’ and study the effects with a new face.
It takes real gut twisting emotion to cry like that.
I’m not sure if Greta has access to her emotions so easily.
Such responses will need to be programmed into her.
She is a quick learner, so one could always act it out.
A little Greta goes a long, long, looong way! It appears others are realizing this. Show lack of insight on the democrats’ part.
