I own a diesel that can go 800 highway miles on a full tank.I've done it twice. I can fill it up in about 4 minutes at any one of about 30,000 stations coast-to-coast.
I wouldn't own an EV if you gave it to me.

Ive always wondered how practical a battery powered car is up here, in Minnesota. Temperatures around -20. With heaters and defrost running at full blast. Stuck in traffic. Spinning your wheels on black ice. I bet youd get about 40 miles out of a charge. And if that things conks-out, youre dead in 20 minutes.
I know my neighbor had a Chevy Bolt last year. Its no longer in his stable. Replaced by a Silverado.
