That was subject of first essay assigned at my Columbia U composition class in 1980’s. That is pure feminist nonsense with a twist of Marxist class (men) hatred. Frankly, I cannot imagine a world in which men don't touch women because that world will never ever happen. You'd have to outlaw testosterone, NY Subways at rush hour, Italian men's hands, women displaying their attractive derrieres, etc. etc. Can you tell I don't give a damn about a chick getting a smack? And hate the very notion that men are getting punished for being randy, virile, handsy, obnoxious, rude, or just plain flirtatious. The offense is subjective and needs to be laughed off or ignored or if necessary the reporterette could go smack him back. But seriously? What world did she grow up in??.
