It was creepy and unnecessary. She didn’t know him, they weren’t flirting at a club. Since when it is okay to put your hands on a stranger? It’s not!
He didn't put his "hands" on her. He swatted her butt with one hand as he ran by at a very fast clip. And he did it as she was standing in the path of the race and seeing others jump up behind her, make faces, mug for the camera and yell out things. And then she decided that she was going to throw him to the wolves without even giving him a chance to apologize.
Sometimes I go through all the posts first, to make sure someone else didn't already say it. Ditto! And it's too bad she didn't have some family, friends or coworkers, waiting at the finish line to do some slapping on this idiot's head.
If she were in my path, I would simply touch her shoulder and say “excuse me.” I certainly wouldn’t swat her on the ass.
