How you get "groped" from slap-and-tickle is beyond me.
A "grope" is a grab-and-explore.
Whatever you choose to call it, it’s a crime - the woman is considering charges and the police are all fired up to work with her on prosecuting the guy, if she decids to go that route.
Possibly could end up some sex offender registry or the like. At the very least, his rep (whatever there was of it) is ruined forever and it’s gonna take a lot of time & money just to make his life somewhat liveable again.
I hope he enjoyed it, because we all have to pay for our thrills. Stupid people and pervs usually end up paying more, though.
