There is a Ferrari running around Scottsdale with a “Impeach” license plate.
I have seen a number of Ferraris around Scottsdale, but not that one. What color? I am usually near Frank Lloyd & Scottsdale while waiting for my daughter taking classes, or at the Breakfast Joynt or Rainbow Donuts.
