Yes, Admiral Rogers. Installing him at the NSA had to be one of 44’s worst chess moves. Didn’t Brennan and Clapper advise his removal after his meeting with the President-elect?

I imagine a select group of people have had disturbing dreams about his public comeback. Seems he would have some elucidating input to Durham’s investigations.
