Not sure I read the info in that link that way, especially Comey's statement...and I am going to use the weasel words here - used vs included...and I am not sure we would know.

Today's IG report mentions Brennan 10 times and none of those mentions prove Brennan lied, IMO.
The ICA of 01/06/2017 that was released to the public was not the classified version and didn't include the dossier as an appendix.

This report is a declassified version of a highly classified assessment; its conclusions are identical to those in the highly classified assessment but this version does not include the full supporting information on key elements of the influence campaign.
