We’re damned near starved here in my neck of the woods already, so I have been shooting sparrows with a BB gun. They’re not bad if you know how to fix them. My dog came in handy that time we were flooded and had to live on the roof. I’d shoot the sparrows in the treetops and she would jump in the water and fetch them. I’d say the dog is safe as long as the sparrow supply holds out.
This has always been my curiosity about city folks, starving to death yet they have a pigeon over population problem?
