Another point. If pilots are forced to retire at age 65, then why do you have a problem with octogenarian FAs leaving when they dont want to?

How does a non-union, at-will employee that can be fired at any time for any reason, with or without cause (according to you), what sort of standing does she have when suing to get her job back? You said she can be fired at any time and Delta doesnt need to show any cause.
I know enough to know there’s there’s not a free market system in the world that would pay 79 year old woman a quarter of a million dollars to push a beverage cart. You’re the one who’s naive if you think otherwise.
