Lastly, he bought the island in the USVI’s. Each property was more expensive than the last. How did he accumulate so much wealth? Maybe he didn’t. Maybe a foreign government or our State Department was paying his bills.

You left out the French condo near the Arc de Triomphe. I am not sure when he acquired it, but until recently France had no age of consent. It was raised to 15 in 2018..
Right...I am certainly not ruling anything in or out.
