Why, because an illegal or two were stupid enough to scale a barrier where the fall would certainly be fatal or they'd at least be broken up and maimed for life?

You commenting that, "The wall could be improved" is more BS. Not buying it, no sale. You were told the barrier was designed to stop millions from simply willy nilly jumping over, and it's doing exactly that.

Why were there not 100+ illegals lined up at the bottom of that ladder? Why are thousands not doing that same thing every day?

I'll tell ya why once again Mr. Berlin, it's not designed to stop some daredevil from rolling the dice and risking it all...It's designed to stop millions of illegals, woman, pregnant females, their kids and most everyone else from entering illegally. And Trumps barriers are doing just that.
