“We Hold These Truths”, Norman Corwin, radio classic, Dec 15, 1941...one week after Pearl Harbor, on the 150 anniversary of the Bill of Rights. It was simulcast on all US radio stations. Take an hour, clean the woodstove, sweep the floors, dust, knit, or just stare off in space and just LISTEN to it.

It may help remind you of the powers that WE, the People, actually have.

Thanks blu. Good listen. Especially the grumbling of the Patriots about the constitution with out the bill of rights. What a time. I like how they made the signing of the constitution seem like a baseball game on the radio in the 30s. And jimmy stewart. Man, I can hear his voice. Was he in it? Orson wells was. Fantastic link
