What is the deal with NP and her watch? The whole video makes her look like a raving lunatic, but the watch thing especially. Is that a signal to someone? Or just her lunacy?

That is beyond strange. To me it looks like a signal. She says “gun violence” when she sticks her watch hand out and makes a noice with the watch.
