Is there some limit on the time the House can hold them before the have to send them to the Senate? Is there some expiratation date, or Statute of Limitation?

Good question.

I’ve already read where the House is promising MORE impeachment, if Senate doesn’t vote to impeach.

These govt grifters are beyond crazy. They’re dangerous.

I pray they are voted out, next year. How, though, with so many Rs retiring?

I don’t believe there is. The House votes on the Articles. Then separately they vote on a resolution to send the articles to the Senate. There are no other rules that I know of.
