I'm no attorney, but given the fact that an infant in the womb as a distinctive DNA and is therefore a person, once you pass some point early in the development of the infant why aren't you violating the 13th Amendment against slavery and involuntary servitude when you murder the infant?
If a developing infant isn't covered due to being dependent, then it's Ok to enslave paraplegics, right?
