After abortion is finally re-criminalized, a lot of sickos will try to cover up abortion murder as miscarriages. It’ll be necessary at that point to do a through police investigation of every miscarriage claim.
In the meantime, “miscarriage” will be convenient excuse for those seeking to avoid paying for a burial. This Pennsylvania law could exempt true miscarriages from the burial or crematorium requirement. But there would have to be a way to confirm them.
I just can’t imagine police invading the home of a grief stricken woman and her husband to grill them about a miscarriage. That is appalling to me.
Even if Roe V Wade was struck down abortion would not automatically be illegal. It just would not be a Constitutional protected “right”. Abortion legislation would then return to the states.
