Greta Thunberg unloaded on the world in an op-ed published on Friday, claiming that fossil fuels “are literally” killing mankind, and that they are a threat to “our very existence” as she said that her “climate crisis” agenda is not just about the environment, but about fighting the “colonial, racist, and patriarchal systems of oppression.”
In an op-ed published in Project Syndicate, Thunberg and two other far-left climate activists attacked world leaders over their pro-capitalist policies, writing that “the politicians let the profiteers continue to exploit our planet’s resources and destroy its ecosystems in a quest for quick cash that threatens our very existence.”

If Greta had the intellectual horsepower to notice what's going on in her own country (she doesn't) she might note that replacing that "patriarchy" with a feminist government has resulted in the proliferation of colonialism, not its suppression. What could be more colonialist than a no-go zone in Malmo, for example, or the deliberate refusal of her government even to acknowledge the problem and protect its citizens? What could be more redistributive than beggaring its retirement system to provide largesse for foreign invaders?
Of course it's all about world socialism, always has been. Latest in this cascade of idiocy is the inception of an international climate tax to promote "environmental justice", meaning rob from the rich and give to the party and to hell with the poor, as usual. Greta and her little goblins do seem far more focused on cursing and fleecing than in distributing, don't they? Not a lot of starving Africans appear to be able to snap their fingers and obtain free intercontinental boat rides on $45 million yachts. "They call themselves gatherers and sharers," as Tolkien put it, "but there seems to be a lot more gathering than sharing going on."
