Two of three judges ruled Mike Ward’s comments regarding Gabriel were not justifiable in a society where freedom of expression is valued.

Doublespeak nonsense. They obviously do not value freedom of expression.

That sentence sure jumps out, doesn’t it?

“Well if 2 out of the 3 judges valued freedom of expression, how come.... OH - the special person’s freedom!” (Some pigs are more equal than others).

I have more of an issue regarding the accuracy of the joke with regard to the terminal illness and the Make a Wish thing. But then I guess that would make all of those “So a x, y and a z walk into a bar...” jokes illegal too.
