Where would one buy grape seed?
Online at Amazon or at a health food market like Sprouts or Whole Foods.
I’ve taken over 4,000 mg a day, spread throughout each day, for each of five days, on two separate occasions.
I once took over 6,000 at once and had “issues.”
iHerb.com and StopAgingNow.com are both excellent with 1-2 day turnaround, at least here in the Midwest.
Aren’t there seeds in many kinds of grapes?
