No one has had a first glimpse into this.

How can you say that? Is it from ignorance or from stupidity?

'Unusual restrictions' spook witnesses in DOJ inspector general investigation into alleged FISA abuses
Inspector General Michael Horowitz has invited witnesses and their lawyers to review relevant portions of a draft report, allowing them the opportunity to offer input and objections.

Witnesses?!

The Washington Post report also said witnesses were being asked to view these sections of the document, which is marked "Top Secret," in a secure area, must sign nondisclosure agreements, and have been told they are not allowed to remove any notes they make about the report.

It has been seen. That's why the leaks have started.

Damage control and control the narrative.

The people reviewing the report could be name dropping to divert attention away from themselves.

(also a means of controlling the narrative...only low level people are named)

Note mention of NDA. He had access to secret/classified parts.

The classified sections have not been seen. Do you think you see and know everything based on the media? Washington Post RCP, and Wash Examiner all Deep State propaganda. $h%t me easy. Have you not thought that parts have been released to catch leakers to catch them/others too? The parts that really hurts they have not seen yet.
