Your welcome!! It takes one critical thinker to see and know another one! :-) You picked up all the key deltas, analyzed them and then compared them to the past history. Since I work in very high tech kind of environment for all of my career I readily recognize the thought process. Only very skilled, experienced and educated people do that which you obviously are. We will definitely be having some serious fun around here in a month or so.
