My opinion on the poor reporting of incidents happening in metro areas: tribal officers are not involved in the processing of the crime until after the paperwork is processed...and someone was too lazy to check the Native American box.
somebody buy me a ticket out west, I'd make a great victim's advocate. Open carry or states with reciprocity only, of course!
